Even though Telephone was just released a few weeks ago, GAGA’s already gearing up for her next shoot for her next single Alejandro. The Bad Romance singer spoke with an Australian radio station (Nova 96.5 FM) and revealed a few details on her follow up to her smash duet with Beyonce. She says:
“I’m so excited about the ‘Alejandro’ video,” she told the station. “Actually, we’re shooting it very soon and I don’t want to say who the director is yet because it’s going to give a lot away.”
When asked if she could reveal anything more, it was evident that she intends on keeping the music video’s concept secret.
“Are you absolutely mad? I would never, ever tell you!” she laughed. “I would be more likely to lie through my teeth to you what the video’s about so that you could all be surprised. But I will tell you it’s not the sequel to the ‘Telephone’ video.”
Well we can’t wait to feast our eyes on this video. We’re hoping she goes with a soap opera/Spanish novella theme as the song delves heavily into melodrama and her infatuation with what we presume to be a Latin lover…. Either way GAGA just don’t keep us waiting like you did for Telephone because that was almost unforgiveable!
