R&B casanova Trey Songz has released a follow up to Bottoms Up his first single off Passion, Pain & Pleasure. Dude’s still playing the sex card, but we guess he’s got to get in where he fits in?? The second single is called Love Faces and we’re sure this one won’t disappoint his fans although we’re kind of not thrilled about the vocal technique he uses on the track. He sounds like he’s going in and out of a sheep-like yoddling voice that’s heavily used throughout the song…

Later on today Lindsay was photographed without her infamous SCRAM anklet as she cruised between Santa Monica DMV and a Beverly Hills Rental car company where she was denied a vehicle. Luckily she gave herself a treat at McDonald’s….

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley Chapman held a press conference to speak with the media mostly to mediate the negative attention that’s been given to her client.
Chapman says that Lindsay has indeed changed for the better after spending the last month and a half in jail and rehab. Lindsay’s lawyer stated in front of a Beverly Hills courthouse that “Lindsay has changed. She’s healthy, clear-headed, positive and looking forward to beginning anew. Anyone would have changed after going through what she’s gone through in the past month-and-a-half.”
If past should dictate the future we all know with Lindsay that bad habits DIE HARD and even moreso TALK IS CHEAP. We’ve seen Lindsay in and out of rehab for the past few years and although we sincerely hope our girl has changed for the better and will get her feet back on a movie set rather than in a courtroom we need to see some ACTION!!!

Lindsay Lohan has been released from rehab at UCLA Medical Center after 22 days. The 24 year old started her rehab sentence on August 2nd after her stay in Lynwood’s prison.
